1. Introduction
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal contracting age in their jurisdiction.
Corporate or institutional users must have authority to bind their organization.
Users warrant that all registration and account information is accurate, complete, and truthful.
ERCAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration and Verification
Users must register an account and complete KYC verification for compliance with CBN, AML/CFT, and NDPR obligations.
Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.
ERCAS reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify identity, payment sources, or organizational authority.
4. Platform Services & Limitations
ERCAS acts strictly as a PSSP and technology intermediary, facilitating payments between attendees and event organizers. ERCAS does not guarantee event quality, attendance, experience, or organizer performance.
Users acknowledge that ERCAS is not liable for:
Event cancellation, postponement, or modification
Venue issues, speaker or performer no-shows
Organizer misrepresentation or negligence
ERCAS may impose limits on transactions or suspend services in case of suspicious activity, regulatory requests, or technical issues.
5. Ticketing Terms
Tickets issued are electronic and non-transferable unless expressly allowed.
Resale or duplication without ERCAS approval is prohibited.
Ticket prices are set by the event organizer; ERCAS is not responsible for pricing disputes.
6. Payments, Rolling Reserve, and Settlement
All payments are processed by ERCAS through licensed payment channels.
ERCAS may retain a rolling reserve of ticket revenue for a period of up to 30 days to cover refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent or disputed transactions.
Funds will be released to organizers only after ERCAS has fulfilled all refund obligations and resolved disputes.
Users and organizers acknowledge that ERCAS' settlement obligations are conditional on compliance with its risk, AML/CFT, and regulatory frameworks.
7. Refunds and Dispute Resolution
Refunds are managed exclusively by ERCAS, in line with the Refund Policy.
ERCAS reserves the right to partially or fully withhold funds if:
Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
Regulatory obligations require investigation
Chargebacks or disputes arise
Users agree that ERCAS' determination on refunds is final, binding, and not subject to challenge, except as required by law.
8. User Conduct
Users must not:
Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment manipulation
Use automated tools or bots to circumvent ticket purchase limits
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or the Platform
Violate applicable laws, including AML/CFT regulations
Misrepresent themselves, the purpose of the purchase, or the ticket
9. Intellectual Property
ERCAS owns all IP on the Platform, including software, trademarks, and content.
Users are granted a limited, revocable license for personal or organizational ticketing purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
ERCAS shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, reputation, or opportunity
ERCAS' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant ticket or transaction. Users waive any claims for consequential or punitive damages.
11. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERCAS and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from claims arising from:
Misuse of the Platform
Fraud, unauthorized transactions, or illegal activity
Violations of these Terms, NDPR, or CBN regulations

Fraud or AML/CFT violations
Regulatory or law enforcement requests
Platform abuse, including ticket scalping or prohibited content
