Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, subject to banking timelines.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during ticket purchase.

All refund processing and decisions are controlled exclusively by ERCAS.

2. Refund Eligibility
Event Cancellation or Postponement:
Full refunds will be processed if the event is canceled or postponed beyond a reasonable period as notified by the organizer.
Payment Errors or Duplicate Charges:
Refunds may be issued for accidental duplicate payments or platform errors verified by ERCAS.
Fraudulent Transactions or Chargebacks:
Refunds will not be issued for tickets purchased fraudulently. ERCAS reserves the right to withhold funds from organizers or users in cases of suspected fraud.
Organizer-Initiated Refund Requests:
Refunds requested by organizers must be submitted to ERCAS and are subject to ERCAS' verification.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds are processed only by ERCAS.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during ticket purchase.
Refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, subject to banking and payment processing timelines.
ERCAS may withhold funds in a rolling reserve to cover potential chargebacks, disputes, or regulatory obligations.
4. Rolling Reserve / Withholding of Funds
To mitigate risk, ERCAS may:
Retain a percentage of ticket revenue in a rolling reserve for a period of up to 30 days.
Deduct funds from the rolling reserve for verified refund claims, chargebacks or disputes, and fraud prevention or AML/CFT compliance.
Release funds to organizers after all obligations are met.
ERCAS' determination of amounts withheld or released is final and binding.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Service fees, administrative charges, or platform convenience fees are non-refundable, unless expressly stated.
Refunds do not cover costs incurred by attendees (travel, accommodation, etc.).
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute regarding refunds must be submitted to ERCAS within 7 days of the event date or payment.
ERCAS may request supporting documentation to verify eligibility.
ERCAS' decision on disputes is final, binding, and not subject to appeal, except as required by law.
7. Limitations and Liability
ERCAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from tickets purchased or refunded.
ERCAS' total liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket.
Users acknowledge that refunds may be delayed due to banking or cross-border processing times.
8. Amendments to Policy
ERCAS reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time.
Users will be notified of material changes via the Platform or email.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
